Maison Coucou

The building was renovated to serve as a second home. It is located along a branch of the Seine, on Rue de Fossés, the former boundary of the village. The surface area is about twenty square meters because the house is spread over four levels. The central staircase defines two spaces on each level.

Semi-buried on the street side, the first level overlooks the Seine, to the North. The one above is located at street level. We added a polycarbonate awning, the residents benefit from this additional space on the ground floor in the off-season.
